The tiger is a wonder of versatality. To prove this, type the word in Flickr and you will see everything from sharks to butterflies, sculpture, stadiums, rocks, and of course, the fabulous feline. My favorite is this image taken by Simian, titled, The Eye of the Tiger. See it at:

Thing #4 question reads, How could Flickr be used in libraries and how could it be used for academic research?
Flickr and my personal favorite, Picasa (hosted by Google) are interactive image databases that libraries could use for jazzing up tutorials. I can readily see the staff running about with the digital, in the book stacks, at the Ref & Circ desk, acting out a "day in the life" of a student doing research.
