Success! I've started a Google docs template for next semester's students. Hopefully they will use it. I'll post an item on Debra's L10 blog that will read something like: "Click on the link below to view the Library 10 exercise template. Copy and paste the template into a word processing document, complete the Part One exercises, print and turn in the packet to the Library Reference desk by the due date".
